I call it "sushi therapy" -delicious, fresh sushi carefully prepared by chef Shinji and crew. Friendly staff at this neighborhood gem. Very high quality fish- none of that frozen "all you can eat" junk- my favorite place. Even the desserts are yummy. Hot chocolate soufflé with smooth green tea ice cream in a lacquer box - mmmmmmm!
Excellent sushi. My to go place every time I am in Las Vegas.
If you are in Las Vegas and you like/love sushi, I highly recommend this place. Amazing Pieces, fresh, Creative Rolls! Favorite piece was Salmon with Orange Miso! a must restaurant if you're a true sushi fan!
Exquisite food, beautifully prepared and served.
I love the atmosphere and the food. Food is delicious also. The dessert there is so cute and creative it's not super sweet and its just right. Taking all my friends there next time.
Zagat calls this place the Holy Grail of sushi restaurants in Las Vegas. I don't think that does it justice. If I were prone to think in terms of Eastern religion, I would say that Sen of Japan has reached Nirvana. Hands down, the best sushi I have ever experienced. Add to that the excellent, friendly service and cozy atmosphere, and it may be my most favorite restaurant anywhere in the scope of my travels. Thank you, Sen of Japan, for a lifelong memory that will be cherished by my wife and me.
Great food n service waiters give excellent service and description of everything served. I'm no sushi expert but flavors in this particular place are way more intense than in any other local sushi place.
