About this business
Chef Shinji's style is his creation of sauces to accompany the different flavors of fish. Rather than having to use soy sauce the guests get to enjoy Chef Shinji-san various varieties of sauces such as; yuzu soy, truflle oil, garlic olive oil, citrus ponzu, apple vinaigrette and much much more. Ive been around sushi in vegas this is bar none the best ... :-)...
This is my favorite restaurant of all time. The food is creative and delicious; the service is impeccable. I come once a year during a business trip and they always remember us and treat us like royalty. It's truly an incredible experience.
So wish there was a location in Henderson. I love it every time I go
Think of Nobu but with a 40% discount. Best sushi off the strip. If your a California roll, tempura, miso soup, side of creamy spicy mayo type of person this is not your place.
I had a beautiful dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I will be back!
