About this business
Chef Shinji's style is his creation of sauces to accompany the different flavors of fish. Rather than having to use soy sauce the guests get to enjoy Chef Shinji-san various varieties of sauces such as; yuzu soy, truflle oil, garlic olive oil, citrus ponzu, apple vinaigrette and much much more. Favorite sushi in Las Vegas. I dare you to try and find better.
This place was the first time me and my boyfriend went to the waiter was awesome the food was great the owner kept asking us how everything was the plate setting was real nice and fancy whenever they would clear off the table they would give us everything fresh and but I know I never been to a place like this before I recommend it to anybody who wanted to have a really good sushi experience
no place better in Vegas ... most unique flavors by Chef Shinji ... if you haven't been, you're missing out ... have to try the scallops with spicy lime, cilantro and onions ... the best
First time here! We will definitely be back!!! This was delicious! The Mother's Day menu was perfect and my mom was really happy!!! Thank you!!!����
