Chef Shinji's style is his creation of sauces to accompany the different flavors of fish. Rather than having to use soy sauce the guests get to enjoy Chef Shinji-san various varieties of sauces such as; yuzu soy, truflle oil, garlic olive oil, citrus ponzu, apple vinaigrette and much much more. Thank you for an amazing dinner! I ordered a Sashimi platter. It was served fresh and kept cold on a dish of ice! I also ordered the uni (sea urchin) nigiri. It was very good. It's hard to find a Japanese restaurant that serves uni, so I was very pleased. The absolute highlight of the evening, I was able to order "off menu" and I asked for a natto hand roll. We take the family here all the time. Great service, amazing food, super fresh sushi cut to perfection and always a good time.
Too expensive
This was my first time at Sen, and I was very impressed with the service and ambiance of the restaurant, and the quality was excellent; we will definitely be back soon.🍱🍶
