Chef Shinji's style is his creation of sauces to accompany the different flavors of fish. Rather than having to use soy sauce the guests get to enjoy Chef Shinji-san various varieties of sauces such as; yuzu soy, truflle oil, garlic olive oil, citrus ponzu, apple vinaigrette and much much more. Absolutely the best all around . The only place perhaps where you don’t have to use soy sauce for sushi as each creation comes with its own sauce that completes the experience. Excellent staff always makes you feel welcome and at home. Nothing in the entire menu is ordinary. I highly recommend Sen of Japan for anyone looking for a great Japanese experience, period. Five stars *****

We ended up here for a late dinner after getting into Vegas. It was completely worth the 20 minute Uber across town. The service was impeccable, very attentive. The happy hour was on point. Incredible food, fresh sushi. I will definitely go back whenever we are on Vegas again.

Freshest sashimi , nothing compares
Amazing food! Quality, selection and service were all excellent. Some of the best fish I’ve had in a long time. You’re missing out if you don’t go. Get the mochi for dessert - red velvet was amazing too
