About this business
Chef Shinji's style is his creation of sauces to accompany the different flavors of fish. Rather than having to use soy sauce the guests get to enjoy Chef Shinji-san various varieties of sauces such as; yuzu soy, truflle oil, garlic olive oil, citrus ponzu, apple vinaigrette and much much more. When our little neighborhood sushi joint changed hands and the quality of the fish deteriorated and the price went up, we called out sushi experts for their recommendations for a really great place. No question, it was Sen of Japan. The fish is almost still swimming, the presentation is gorgeous, the variety is endless, flavors are exquisite. We try to go at least twice a month and when company comes, it's a special treat.
Best Sushi Restaurant that I've EVER been to! DELICIOUS sushi & great service. If you're there when Nick (general manager) is working, he makes some great recommendations.

Probably some of the best sushi I have had. The sea urchin and jellyfish were fantastic. The sake ginger drink was a really nice accompany to the sushi. If I head back to the Vegas area, this will definitely be on my list to go back to.
I was never a fan of Japanese food until I ate here. Fantastic!!!
