About this business
Chef Shinji's style is his creation of sauces to accompany the different flavors of fish. Rather than having to use soy sauce the guests get to enjoy Chef Shinji-san various varieties of sauces such as; yuzu soy, truflle oil, garlic olive oil, citrus ponzu, apple vinaigrette and much much more. Great experience !!! They treat you like family. The food exceeded my expectation. Great selection of wine and sake. Nice atmosphere, it is a very cozy place. It is definitely one of my favorite restaurants now. Sure coming back for my big Bday party.
Just left our first visit. Never had a more amazing experience in a more unexpected place. Absolutely worth the drive off the strip and will be back soon.
