Please see my wife's review of this care home! I'm am utterly shocked of the false accusations they are using to try and dig themselves out of the big hole they are actually in! The review has been screen shot it and it's now in the hands of our solicitor the police and cqc! If anyone want to see the evidence and emails to disprove the lies of this care home please feel free to contact me
Absolutely shocking. My mother in Law was infested with nits and when we raised concerns on this and other personal care issues, we was assured they were doing everything they can to treat her and asked us to provide labelled clothes and underwear as she was always wearing other peoples and not her own. We purchased £300 worth of new stuff, labelled it and took it down. We were told by a carer that she wasn't the only one with nits! The lovely, caring staff really helped my Dad to settle in and enjoy his time during his two week stay. His room was nice and clean, and meals were of a good standard.
