Sales person was really great but management does not live up to lts promise.years ago sent two people in to them and they both bought a car.Holly Kia has a policy you send someone to them they reward you.NEVER HAPPENED.My wife bought a car and they only gave her 1 key.There is a person driving a car by holly Kia telling people don't trust them.He has it written all over his car.after this weekend starting to believe him.

They rip people off, and don't support their products... so many folks go here out of convenience but like a convenience store everything is 3x the price & lousy warranty

Pretty sweet and upbeat and holly is on point and good choice
Tried to call and get a service appointment twice and got voicemail twice. Please leave your name and number and we'll get right back to you. No return call and it's been 3 1/2 hours! We purchased this car from Holly and they claimed they pride themselves in their customer service. I'm sitting at Sherwood Kia 35 miles from my house writing this review while waiting for my car to be finished.
