Told him I wanted third row as I have a large family plus what I wanted to put down with the payments I would like to have. He and the Kia staff went to work. Their efforts went past their hours but Steve insisted we will leave with our new family vehicle. He was great with my youngest son who was getting antsy and made him feel involved in the process!
