Tim, the service manager, went above and beyond when it comes to solving a problem with my 2018 Kia Hybrid. I had finished getting my car serviced and was on the way home when I noticed that a problem that was addressed was not fixed. I immediately returned to the dealership and Tim came out to greet me , jumped in my car drove it, returned and placed it into a service bay. Half an hour later problem solved. Outstanding customer service 👍
Tim Fowler very personable and informative. Found the waiting area clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership. They contact you with reminders when maintenance is due on your vehicle.
