This dealership sold a used car to my cousins boyfriend. He drove it to college in NY 2 weeks after purchase and next day after getting there the car won’t start. It’s supposedly “under warranty” but dealership won’t do crap to help out! He’s expected to pay to tow it from New York to Delaware and then they can’t guarantee he won’t have to pay to repair what’s wrong with it! He hasn’t even owned it a month! Poor warranty, poor/lack of followup. Don't buy from here!!! The hours it has taken to try to resolve an issue with a vehicle that wasn't even 30 days old is ridiculous!! And, still not resolved. My time is worth more than the cost and worth of the vehicle. Very disappointing and definitely has cemented that there is no customer service left.

When we got there we started looking around and a guy came out and started talking to us and i told him what we were looking for and what we would like to pay in payments and he looked at me and said ok well do you work and at the time i was not working but my husband was and i told him that he said well we cant really help since hes the only one working. Everyone there was simply wonderful! We had three kids with us (ages 5 years, 3 years, and 2 months) and as many know, it can be a long process getting a new vehicle. And not only that but we bought two vehicles! Everyone there loved on our girls and played with them, gave them snacks, and helped keep them happy and occupied while we purchased our vehicles.
