The Holly Kia in Selbyville has the worst customer service. We walked in and nobody greeted us. Waited in this room for over half an hour. 2 guys were just sitting at their desk on their cellphones. We walked out and left and no one said anything. What a wasted trip driving all the way down there.
I am not happy with them at all. We bought a Kia Soul from Millsboro auto mart. Was told we have a bumper to bumper warranty. We have taken the car there 2 times because it wasn't running right. First time no charge nothing wrong. Second time charge of 138$ and there is a list of things wrong yet not covered under the warranty. They are good for false advertising to just get u in the door. Tried to put me in something that wasn't what I wanted so went to The Car Store, where I received excellent service and the vehicle I wanted.
Terrible reviews goes right along with the service I got.
The worse customer service I have ever seen...they are hateful & rude people...they lie to get the deal done!!!! As for the service department & manager they are awful...they can barely change oil and as for as fixing serious problems they can't...they give you the run around constantly...the manager is the rudest man I've ever had the pleasure of talking to!!! My advice is to go somewhere else to buy a car....
