I have bought 2 NEW kia sportages from Holly Kia and couldn't have been more happy with the product. Staff has a lot to be desired. Not very friendly or helpful once the deal is done. They tried to push my car through their inspection station because the inspection station I took it to failed it and kia didn't want to fix the problem. My temp tags have now expired and the car still isn't fixed. Any one know an attorney who deals with stuff like this? Kia is a real disappointment.

I was so impressed with the service department! The gentleman I dealt with went above and beyond to find the part that I needed to get home from the beach the next day.. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours and I didn't even have an appointment! Thank you so much Holly Kia :) My car is running GREAT!!
My best friend bought a car from Holly Kia after 3 days , it stop working . They are giving her a very difficult time to take it back. No one returns her car, we can never get in contact with the owner. She has 4 children including an autistic son to transport, but they don't care :-(
Brought our 1st Kia a year ago. Everything went very smooth & we like the car. The person who referred us to Holly Kia & Avery was suppose to receive a check for $200.00. As of this date 2/13/15, that person has not received the check. My husband called Avery & he isn't concerned about it. All he was interested in was selling a car, we will not be buying anymore cars from Holly Kia or Avery. Can't trust people that don't keep their word.Also, will not be referring anyone to Holly Kia.
