Holly Kia ripped my kids off big time. They bought a 2012 Fiat in January so far they have had to replace a battery, alternator and now it's in the shop again having the wheel bearings replaced. They have spent over $2000 in repairs within 8 months?? Problems started only after 6 months. Kia said from the beginning they wouldn't stand behind their sale. Holly Kia are crooks and shisters!
Thank you to the service department!!! Went in because my tire kept losing air. They found the nail and repaired at no cost. In addition, he ran vehicle and there was a recall part on the power steering. They replaced that and I was out the door in less than an hour!!! Thank you!!!
My comment about Holly KIA was not fair, I didn't give them a chance because I felt they didn't want my business... As of Saturday Sept 6 2014, they made me a totally different customer got the deal I wanted and I am more than satisfied...Thanks to the Holly KIA dealer ship and their staff...
If you want to be taken, lied to, and screwed...then but a vehicle here!! This was the first and last time I will come to this place

Called about a specific vehicle. They said that they still had it. Drove an hour there just to be told it was already sold. Talked to salesman 20 min before we left home. Guess they were hoping to make a sale on something else. WRONG!!! Now I remember why I hate to car shop.
