Best location and I lived there for more than 5 months. The owner is very kind and helpful. It is nearly 5 mins walk to beautiful Sefton park. Bus stop is in front of the building and it’s very easy to travel to Liverpool central . Overall best place and recommended for students and family. Appliances available: fridge,washing machines,kettle,oven and more.

I have really been enjoying my stay at Chillpads. The host is a super host. He's very available and always trying to improve the services available to his tenants. All home appliances needed are available. Also, The ambience is very good. I particularly love that it's right by the bus stop. I never have to walk far before getting a bus and the cleaner comes often so everywhere is neat. Also, food stores are not far, about 15 minutes in any direction you take. I can't tell you anything about the rooms because our booking was cancelled without our knowledge. I only found out because I contacted them to let them know our arrival time. This left us with no accommodation and everywhere else booked up due to Labour Party Conference. Seriously not happy.

Terrible experience. Booked a family room to be put in a double room. Room was dirty,floor in bathroom was ripped, damp, the owner stated the family room had a leak and when I asked why we were not informed he became aggressive and hung up the phone. Should of gone with my gut after reading the reviews. AVOID AVOID...still waiting for my refund

Sefton park chillpads. Definitely can not chill there. The kitchen downstairs, is nothing short of complete breach of health and safety and should either be fixed up or closed off completely to guest. We stayed in a twin room. And it was clean and the bedding was clean. There were small bedside cabinets next to each bed and a little tea station.
