I made an appointment for a manicure however when Mel saw my nails she explained clearly why she recommend me not having them done as they were in such a bad state due to a bad acrylic experience just before Christmas. She was very honest and saw I was disappointed as I was going for a night out so wanted to treat myself. She filed them and put cuticle oil on them with no charge. My nails are stronger now so I’ve since returned and Mel done a great job today, thanks Mel.
A big thanks for my 89 Yr old mum who's appt was mixed up for her first ever manicure! They gave her appt free of charge xx
