I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Sedgwick & policy expert( more like rejecting claim experts). As a long-standing customer who has never made a claim before, I expected fair treatment and support when I finally needed help. Trying to deal with this company since June 2025 regarding a subsidence in my parents property, no communication no call backs . They never return your calls, the crack in the wall is now stopping my parents from safely closing their exterior door. Absolutely disgusting customer service . How can this be possible to completely ignore you
currently deal with a stsall member who works for this company I put in a claim about a camera card slot being damaged when the card was being removed . This lady hinted that I had a criminal record and deep in dept. She could not be further from the truth. She lies about contacting my camera repairers. Goes blindly on about what she thinks and not what the claiment says. Totally incompetent to deal in a fit and proper manner. Avoid having anything to do with this company
Had a home emergency claim with these guys via Policy Expert and they've wriggled out of repairing my boiler on the basis that one of the parts required isn't covered by the policy. This means they're unwilling to fit the parts that are covered and are comfortable leaving us with a boiler their sub-contractor deems to be dangerous to use, in a home with 2 primary school kids. Very incompetent and dubious company. Our estate agent has been dealing with them regarding a leak and repair works in our property. In March 2025 the loss adjuster who was dealing with our case gave us the go ahead in writing to have the repair works done. Consequently we booked a building company to start in August. However, a few weeks ago a new loss adjustor was assigned to us. Ever since then the responses rate to our emails has been close to zero and painfully slow.
