Chris McMacken did a great job of explaining their process, and walking me through the problem. He handled the entire work, and was very responsive whenever I requested information. I would definitely recommend Secure Data Recovery and their personnel.

I contacted a few other data recovery establishments before finding Secure Data Recovery Services. I was very pleased to deal with Chris McMacken who was super customer service oriented. I was so pleased that he was able to work the recovery within my budget. He walked me through the process and made me feel at ease throughout. Chris McMacken helped out our company tremendously by getting 99% of our data back. The 1% we didn't get back was cache pretty much so that's a plus. Lol. He was always there to respond back within a couple minutes. And would call me every step of the way telling me status updates. He even got the price at a reasonable mutual agreement and had the drive back in a few days. Great Work!!!!

Within a few hours of submitting my request, Chris called me to discuss the process. While I didn't actually recover my data due to cost, he made sure I knew my options and even offered to work with me on the cost. While I hope I never need to, I would definitely go back to Secure Data if I had to.

We had a client who had a hard drive failed in their Network Attached Storage (NAS) device.. We contacted Ryan Wiggins at Secure Data Recovery, and he stepped me through the process and had great communication.. SDR was able to get 600+ GB of data back for our client, which saved them thousands of dollars in staff time to recreate all of the drawings that were stored on this NAS! My external hard drive crashed with lots of important data on it. I was put in communication with Chris McMacken who walked me through the process of restoring all of my data. He was very professional, efficient and personable. He contacted me by email and phone when he followed up on the different stages of this process. I would highly recommend Chris if you need data recovery for any reason!

I dropped my portable hard drive and needed my data back! Chris McMackn was able to help me out quickly in a very professional manner. He assured me that all possible steps would be taken to recover my data but that if it was not recoverable there would be no huge fees, just a small fee to cover the shipping of the drive back. He followed up with me and kept me updated through out the review process and (fortunately for my case) the recovery process as well. I am so thankful to have all of my data back! Thanks Chris!
