I sent my external HD to Eli at SDR for an estimate to retrieve data as the HD would not mount. Upon receiving the HD he quoted me $1100. I told him to send the HD back as I was not interested in that sort of cost. A friend of mine purchased a $30 piece of software and retrieved all my data from the HD. SDR takes advantage of your vulnerability in these situations.
My experience with SDR was truly the best. Everything was very professional form the beginning.
