These guys did a stellar job and recovered 100% of my hard drive. Elijah Robinson was most helpful and very good with communication. My highest recommendation to these guys. I type this as I'm backing stuff up, so I never have to go through such headache again. Haha.
Honest, efficient, and flexible data recovery. Chris, the representative responsible for my case, was very informative and patient in explaining the company's service to me and responding to my questions. The company was also flexible on pricing, putting the final total cost of the service for my device below my budget.
I would highly recommend if you have hard drive troubles and need your data recovered. I had a drive go bad in my network attached storage before I could fully back it up to another drive. They were able to get almost 2TB of data recovered off my drive and got it back to me fairly quickly. They sent it back on an encrypted secure drive to ensure it was not lost.
