He was on top of this stressful set of circumstances with my internal hard drive as he explained everything on the phone (and followed through on email). And even though, we bumbled the order on our side with the delivery, Jeff and SDR took care of shipping the drive to another location. Without getting into too much detail, Jeff was the best!
