Prices are outrageous and are never upfront when you talk to somebody. They expect you to get all their information from their website. Unlike other companies they make you pay to ship back your hard drive back to your self even if they don't recover anything. scented my hard drive with a barcode on the front and it was removed by the time I received it back.

I had a total drive failure. Having a local store at which I could drop off the drive was very convenient. Jeff Hart provided excellent service throughout the process. 100% recovery, despite reports of damage, made it worth every dollar.
Chris McMacken was an excellent rep who clearly and patiently explained how the recovery process would work and what I could expect. He went out of his way to find me the best deal possible and I will certainly be returning to Secure Data Recovery for future needs.
Bloody amazing company! For the first time in my life I had mechanical failure with my PC's hard-drive and no drive partitioning or recovery app can help with that, only mindful backing up (which of course escaped me) and a company with state of the art tech. abilities. My service was excellent with Secure Data Recovery Services. I worked with Chris throughout my entire process. He was reassuring, communicative, up front and clear with me from beginning to end. Very pleased, and they were successfully able to recover all of my data in a timely manner from my external hard drive which had crashed. It was not inexpensive, but I could not have asked for more in terms of customer support.
