absolute TOTAL disaster. Ordered a fridge online, Tuesday for pickup on Friday (TODAY). Called yesterday to confirm and was told that everything was ready for my fiancé to pick up on his lunch break today. He got there and they couldn’t locate his order, order #, and had no history of the fridge every being purchased. They were not interested in accommodating us, the customer, AT ALL. RecommendedAfter getting my delivery rescheduled from Friday to Sunday due to mechanical issues....American freight displayed great service by refunding my fee...when my order finally arrived ...Matthew and Destin drop off my beautiful fridge and they were spectacular young men who clearly knew what they are doing...they got in and out with no mess left behind! I’m happy with my product and service. I will continue to use American Freight as my go to for appliances.

RecommendedJose was wonderful and greeted right when we walked through the door. He knew the inventory and could tell us right away what they had in stock. I would recommend the store in Palmetto for anyone that is looking for furniture. We went looking for a bed and found a lot more with Jose’s help.
