RecommendedMatthew and Omar were very professional and fast installing my new fridge.
Washing machine delivered on May 28th with damages. Delivery driver called in exchange and told me to finish it later that evening. I followed through and called to exchange-was offered $100 credit instead. Month later when I called that number back they said they could not issue refund because order was with outlet. Gave me another number to call. Then was given 5 other numbers to call by representatives, telling same story each time, everybody saying they cannot help me. Finally ended with very rude rep. Do not recommend. I called and was told that part of my order was in... when I arrived at the store to pick up, I was told that they didn’t have any of it. Finally came in today, and we paid to have it delivered. Delivery company was extremely unprofessional and not-subtly hinted at expecting a tip. I’ve also already noticed a “bad spot”/imperfection in the fabric of my brand new couch.
