We recently had a very good experience with the staff at the Speedway store. My son purchased a refrigerator that was too big. The delivery guys took it straight back to the store for me so I could go in and exchange it. The process went smooth and Jerilee went above and beyond to help me out. The second fridge also ended up being too big and we returned it then my son and I went back and repurchased it and had to do some creative thinking but we got the fridge in finally. Wonderful service! The store manager is the best. I always stop at Sears Outlet first.
I bought a fridge and a mattress on Saturday, delivery Tuesday and the fridge didn’t fit, my error in measuring. The process to exchange was easy and seamless. I worked with the manager, very professional. I only spent about 20 minutes in the store and now the new fridge comes Friday! Thanks Sears Outlet! I’ll be back to purchase more appliances in the future.
