Horrible customer service.
Had a great experience at the Speedway, IN store yesterday! Sales person Kyle is a very personable young man & knowledgeable about the appliances I was looking at. He was very helpful, wasn't pushy, unlike most sales people I've dealt with in my life. The Assistant Manager, Dusty was also very helpful & personable! It was a pleasure to shop here for a washer & dryer! I'll be shopping here again very soon for a stove. Ask for Kyle & Dusty, you won't be sorry..

I was in Sears Outlet today and Marvin was our salesman. He was did an amazing job. He was patient, kind and considerate. He was patient while I decided on a few things. He was VERY professional!! I would HIGHLY recommend this store, not just for large appliances, but small ones as well. We bought a Sealy mattress and box spring set and saved HUNDREDS! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Ordered washer which failed to work on day of delivery. Spoke with Manager, Dusty, explained situation & she had us come in to pick out a replacement. Marvin & Jerilee helped with the paperwork & made sure our warranty was transferred. Marvin was right--no hassle return policy. Best condumer experience I've had in a long while.

Great staff, very friendly!! My wife and myself were looking for a washer and dryer set and Jerliee took care of us. Got it delivered last week. The whole experience from the purchase to the delivery was exceptional! Would defiantly recommend this appliance store.
