The first time I walked in to the store. I was greeted with such a happy staff. One member of the staff. Her name is Diana. She asked me how she could help me. The manager of the store name is Dustie, if u haven't stopped in to the store go ND do it ND ask for Dustie ND Diana. The store is a nice store to shop in.
My wife and I were in Monday. The sales lady Jerliee and Dustie helped us with our appliances. They we're very friendly and they we're very helpful with everything. We did the payment program. Didn't have to put very much down. We still need a few more things. Jerliee is going to call me when she has them. Its hard to find good customer service when your appliance shopping. We had been to a few other stores but ended up back here, we had just such great service. Thank you ladies for all your help!
Horrible customer service.
Had a great experience at the Speedway, IN store yesterday! Sales person Kyle is a very personable young man & knowledgeable about the appliances I was looking at. He was very helpful, wasn't pushy, unlike most sales people I've dealt with in my life. The Assistant Manager, Dusty was also very helpful & personable! It was a pleasure to shop here for a washer & dryer! I'll be shopping here again very soon for a stove. Ask for Kyle & Dusty, you won't be sorry..
Really good service, will recommend this store
I was in Sears Outlet today and Marvin was our salesman. He was did an amazing job. He was patient, kind and considerate. He was patient while I decided on a few things. He was VERY professional!! I would HIGHLY recommend this store, not just for large appliances, but small ones as well. We bought a Sealy mattress and box spring set and saved HUNDREDS! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Ordered washer which failed to work on day of delivery. Spoke with Manager, Dusty, explained situation & she had us come in to pick out a replacement. Marvin & Jerilee helped with the paperwork & made sure our warranty was transferred. Marvin was right--no hassle return policy. Best condumer experience I've had in a long while.
