After checking several other stores including an appliance wholesaler, we came in to purchase a French door refrigerator. JeriLee greeted us, checked on us several times to answer our questions and basically left us alone to discuss our needs. Just bought my new washer and dryer here. Jerilee was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, the service plans, warranty information, etc. We have shopped here for decades - all my first appliances came from here. One of them is still with me (Kenmore fridge purchased new in 1997). They now carry brands other than just Kenmore, but we love our Kenmores and have had very good luck with them.
