Great staff, very friendly!! My wife and myself were looking for a washer and dryer set and Jerliee took care of us. Got it delivered last week. The whole experience from the purchase to the delivery was exceptional! Would defiantly recommend this appliance store.

Came in today not sure what to expect. We've never been into an outlet store for appliances. Very friendly employees. Gave me the time to look around instead of trying to bother me the whole time, like other places we've been to. Adam explained everything we needed to know about the product and gave great information. Would definitely recommend asking for him.
Went there have a great experience. Customer service was awesome. Mark Anthony helped me in every way possible. He greeted me when I walked through the door and assisted me the whole time I was there.
I bought a fridge and it was delivered and the fridge didn’t fit, my fault in measuring. The process to exchange was easy and seamless. I worked with the manager Dustie Van Arsdall, very professional. I only spent a minutes in the store and now the new fridge coming Thanks Sears Outlet! I’ll be back to purchase more appliances in the future. Thanks Dustie
