My washer died (close to 30 years old). Kristy listed to my situation, showed me different models and styles (according to my needs and finances), thoroughly explained the differences, answered all my questions, and best of all, didn't try to upsell me. I left with a new washer AND dryer.

We bought our new fridge, stove and the most comfortable adjusta-bed that I've ever been on. I really learned alot about subtle and also huge differences in the various features that each manufacturer includes. My gratitude goes out to Kristy, for all of her product knowledge and especially for staying an extra hour to get everything accounted for.
