I recently purchased kitchen appliances from Sears. I appreciate Erica's help picking out appliances to meet my needs and my budget. The two fellows that delivered my fridge, stove, and microwave were very efficient and careful with my new floors. I am grateful to Brian, who installed my dishwasher and garbage disposal and went above and beyond when he cleaned out under my dishwasher when I was having difficulty walking. I highly recommend Sears Hometown Store.
Definitely recommend. Very helpful staff both in the shopping and ordering. When I realized the next day that the washer/dryer I ordered would not fit under my cabinets, they were very helpful in canceling and re-ordering. Excellent staff!
A shout out to the staff at the Sears Hometown store in Menomonie, WI! You are all AWESOME!! We recently moved into a new home and had to purchase all new appliances. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and helped in researching additional options. On the day of delivery of all of the appliances we discovered that the microwave that was in the house originally was a bear to remove. It did not want to come out. We have bought our fridge, dishwasher among other items in the past and have always been happy with the service and the high quality.
Great service knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anybody to shop at the store. They did not have what I needed so they ordered it it will be in in three days.
