had a great experience buying a freezer. Had great service and very knowledgeable.
Decided to stop and look for a snowblower this afternoon. They had one left that they said was a return that they would mark down to $799. Thanks to the invention of the internet, I was able to look online prior to talking with them and saw that they listed it new for $799.99. There was noticeable chips and dings on it as well as grease leaking down the side of the snowblower that they tried to pass off as “bolt paint”. In my experience, assistance with purchases and continued customer service has always been outstanding at Sears Hometown. If you don't have a clue where to start when making a purchase this is the place to go. It's comfortif to know that you won't be pressured into buying something that's more than what you need. As a result, you can save money rather than spend it unnecessarily, and that's a good thing.
