I bought a fridge and stove and the recieved perhaps the rudest customer service ever from Kristy when my order arrived. She seems to be laboring under the assumption that I should be happy they were willing to even take my money. At delivery time, the delivery people left a massive scuff on my kitchen door trim and stripped the set screws that hold on the freezer door so it's loose, but can't be tightened. I still need to buy a microwave and dishwasher for this kitchen remodel but it most definitely won't be coming from Sea... read more

Kristy was spectacular to work with when helping my mom pick out a new fridge. She has lots of patience and is always smiling!
I went into Sears to "window shop" for a new push mower. Mike, the sales person I worked with was helpful, and quick to get me the information I needed to make a decision. It turns out a sale was just starting that hadn't even been posted on the mower I liked yet and I saved $70 by not waiting a few days, which had been my plan. Needless to say, a short time later, Mike was loading the mower in my vehicle with a smile :-)
