The folks here are very nice and will help anyway they can to get what you need... when you need it. Jenn was very helpful and fun to work with. Can't wait to pick up our new washer and dryer later!!

I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have always been treated fair and the customer service was excellent. They helped me with warranty work on my lawn tracker. I would recommend them.
I would never shop at the store again after disrespectfully being asked to leave when one other sales associate was in the process of helping me pick out an entire kitchen set. The sales associate who told me to leave is just another sales rep but told me she was a manager when she wasn't and refused to give me a manager or owners number when I ask to speak to a higher up. I was severely disrespected, treated very poorly, and have never been more embarrassed in my entire life in front of other people due to her incompetence ... read more
