Purchased a fridge from them within the last year and they darn thing broke. I get it things happen, parts break. The kicker is the people there are so unhelpful. They talked to us like we were idiots and were completely disrespectful. We have been without a fridge for two weeks and there is no end in sight because the parts are on back order. The people at the store can’t even give us and idea of when the parts are going to be in.

We Recently bought an upright Kenmore freezer from Sears Hometown store in Menomonie. The sales associate, Brooke, was wonderful to work with explaining the different features to help us figure out what model was best for our family. The price was very good to boot and Adam loaded us up and we were on our way. We love our Hometown Sears! When we built our home nearly 7 years ago, all our appliances came from the Menomonie location. We recently bought an additional freezer and grill. The reason we only shop there are few but very important. Locally owned, the sales and service is amazing-very knowledgeable and we have NEVER been dissatisfied! Thank you for being our Hometown store where we can shop with ease and knowing we are making a quality choice.
