Absolutely brilliant. I’d rang yesterday and they had a carpet fitter out to measure the same day. Went into store today so within 24 hours of my initial call I am fully sorted and booked in. John was super helpful & he helped me find a carpet in store within my budget but still very good quality and then went above and beyond to do so when the original carpet I wanted was out of stock.
