Overall, everything is good. We booked 4 rooms. 1 was on the first floor and 3 in the basement. It does not reach 5 stars because of the uncomfortable rooms in the basement. If you book, only from the 1st floor and above.

You get what you pay for. We stayed in Room 2, which was a standard room with a TV, teabags and towels provided. The WiFi doesn't work and there is no signal, so you have to go outside to make a phone call. The primary issue with this place was the cleanliness. I know this is a budget hotel, but as a paying customer, I expect there to be clean cups and glasses on my arrival at the very least. I would give no stars if I could. This place is absolutely abysmal. When we first arrived to our room, which happened to be in the basement of the property, there were belongings already in there and the bed clearly used. The contact number for the property is to a woman who doesn't speak English very well and is very difficult to understand, and also does not appear to care much for your concerns. The sea breeze hotel has nice rooms which are also convenient since they include cooking and cleaning supplies but sleeping here is a nightmare, my room has a motion censor in the bathroom and every time you come close to the door it activates an annoying loud fan, everything I moved at night it went of. Also concerningly there was a loud noise coming from the kitchen which I couldn’t turn off keeping me awake almost the entire night. If you want to use WiFi here forget about it.
