Started coming for appointments after knee ACL surgery to regain stability and mobility in my knee. I was given a thorough exercise plan and great support throughout the programme. Very pleasant communication and always available to provide additional support. I am now able to return to training and have regained stability and strength in my knee. Very pleasant person who cares about their work and will go the extra mile to help you achieve your recovery goals.

Zoltan is a miracle worker. I had a shoulder injury which prevented me to move my neck sideways. Not only that I gain my flexibility after one session, but I was also pain free. Zoltan will always go the extra mile for his patients. A true professional! I highly recommend him!
A very knowledgeable practitioner with care for his clients. I work in an office environment, sitting on a chair most of the time and, as a result, I have aches and pains in my lower back and shoulders. Zoltan employs excellent massage techniques to help build body resilience and alleviate pain.
I visited Zoltan and before I believed, will definitely need quite a few session as I had massive pain.. After the first session I had no pain anymore and I was truly surprised! Since then I'm keep going back to him and doing his recommended exercises every now and then. I can recommend him to anyone at any age!
