This is in response the negative review that was left on our page as we can’t seem to leave a reply …. The customer has eluded to mention that the small pieces of carpet they left was actually 2 pcs of mis shaped carpet at 2.5 m x 1m which after we measured and cut to size we bound in to 2 beautiful rugs and charged £35 each this included labour and materials same day I might add , also the garage is owned by us and the reception serves for both businesses which is clearly signed … we pride our selves on quality workmanship ... read more
Dropped of morning two small pieces carpet no representive for carpet binding company. Left pieces with lady from car garage advised guy unable took my details and advised would be contact next text l received was to say works completed within 1-5 Hours and message saying bill was 70.00 CASH ONLY totally shocked. Beware to ask for quote firs, lesson learnt someone should be present to advise customers not garage receptionist. Lady was pleasant
