SDM was assigned to us through our insurance to replace our bathroom after a leak from the upstairs apartment. This is now looking to be a 14 week project, instead of the initially planned 6 weeks, during which: - we have had no bathroom from the 4th of January - the drying company wasn’t scheduled to attend, resulting in a 6 week delay, even though it was advised by SDM that they would organise this. SDM were contracted by our insurer to complete a kitchen restore following a leak through the ceiling and subsequent ceiling collapse. From start to finish, I was happy with the service SDM provided. Pamela in the office was very helpful, polite and kept us informed and all tradespeople that worked in our house were punctual, polite and completed the work to a high standard. I would have no problems recommending SDM to friends or family.
