Really terrible experience with this gym. Signed a dd mandate on the 11th of september. Found out I was expecting shortly after so approached the gym Monday 21st to speak about cancelling or postponing if possible. No staff in gym that day. Messaged their Facebook on the 23rd to see if it could be cancelled. They said yes if it was within 2 week cooling off period, which it was.
