I purchased a full treatment package in February 2025 and paid in full, which in hindsight was a mistake. While the first few appointments were good, the service has significantly declined since then. Appointments have repeatedly been pushed back or cancelled, making it very difficult to complete the treatments I’ve already paid for. Very BAD experience. I was pressured to pay in advance for a laser hair removal package, and only after payment was I told the salon has extremely limited availability, working only a few days and hours a week. My first appointment was given almost two months later. After leaving the salon, I realised how unfair this was and immediately called to request a refund. Very poor service. I paid for a full laser package, but my appointments were constantly pushed back for months. The clinic has now temporarily closed and stopped responding to my messages. I was left with unfinished sessions and no refund. Very unprofessional.

Very bad experience. I paid for a laser package, but my appointments were constantly pushed back for months. Each time I went, they kept delaying again. Because of these long gaps, the treatment became useless and I saw no results at all. I feel that the service I paid for was not delivered properly. Definitely not recommending this place.
