I had a very unpleasant experience in this shop. The elderly female shop assistant was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about ring sizing. When I left the shop, she then began gossiping to her colleagues while openly staring at me, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. This was my first experience of Scruples and unfortunately it will also be my last. The customer service was poor and left me feeling unwelcome.
The best jewellery selection I have seen in years. Loved the service. Staff were amazing. I will be back. No online presence but I like that. More for us true walk in shoppers. We travelled from London. Totally worth it.
Went in for a watchstrap for my Talisman SOS holder. The man that served me was so helpful, and the straps reasonably priced, that I replaced the strap for my watch as well. Can highly recommend.

Absolutely superb, professional and friendly service by the 2 ladies earlier in the week. We not only ordered our amazing wedding rings, after searching high and low for months to find exactly what we wanted.. But my lovely wife to be is having her late Grandmother's ring resized for her, so she can wear it with pride.
