RecommendedWe had our baby girl on 9/2 at Scripps Memorial and had an amazing experience. Our labor and delivery nurse Annette was exceptional and really made our experience. All of our post delivery nurses were so kind and you could really tell they truly love what they do and care deeply for these little babies. If we’re still in the area for baby #2 we will 100% deliver there again. Thank you Scripps Memorial Team!

RecommendedGoing through chemo and radiation can be one of the most terrifying experiences. Dr Kased and his team has in my just my first week, made it feel like it’s something that I feel I can get through. I had my reservations and worried that I couldn’t do it. They care. They’re helpful. They’ll do anything to get you through this experience.
RecommendedI had both of my hip replacements done here. They have an awesome staff. And the inside scoop is that this is one of the best places to be at if you are having surgery. As for getting a private room well...it is a deep thought especially when you have a roomate that stayed up all nite and made it impossible to rest. The staff did their best to make my recovery from surgery comfortable. Thank you for everything
On 4/20 I was admitted to ER for a PE, treated and discharged the following day. As part of my follow up treatment I was instructed to see Dr Hooper, who had seen me in ER. At the 3 month point, Dr Hooper requested a follow up scan to check the blood clot had disapeared and referred me to a scan. Being mindful of my insurance plan, I was very careful to check the Dr was using was covered by my insurance (Dr Hooper) and hence asked the department completing the scan to also tripple check I was indeed covered by my insurance. ... read more
Scripps management are disgusting bullies!!!! Scripps Mercy in San Diego fired my wife after 20 years! Bullied her and fired her! No severance, no healthcare, NOTHING Everyone saw this happening! Brought my husband to the ER here (we normally go to Scripps La Jolla) but we were in Encinitas. The front desk staff was dry and unwelcoming. Our nurse was great and so was the woman from radiology. The doctor didn’t have the best bedside manner and was very short. I realize that my husband wasn’t dying, and maybe it wasn’t an “emergency”, but he was in pain and I felt that he could’ve listened a little better.
