My son was in the trauma unit and the receptionist told us to wait in line � Instead of stating...let me call someone in that dept.... she was lazy Ignored us and did not have a ounce of compassion !! You don't belong in that position �
I have made this my hospital since being born in the old hospital. From the moment you walk in until you're discharged the staff is amazing treating everyone as if they're family. Shout out to all the doctor's and nurse's!!
