Just walked out a few moments ago. Sat for over 20 minutes, saw the host 3 times, saw two different waitresses come onto the floor and not one person came to our table. When we went to leave we circled around the back and what do you know at least 4-5 people out back smoking, which is fine being smoker myself i get it, but cmon you had paying customers in there who had not been served at all...not even drinks. The menu had something for everyone. Great variety. Food was cooked just as we ordered, came out quickly, was fresh and delicious. Good amount of food for the price also. Add in the friendly service and this was a great choice!
I'm not sure what's going on with this location but it seems to be progressively getting worse. During our visit last night, my son and husband's entrees were both incorrect. That was forgivable, but then the server didn't bring our debit card back after processing our payment. We couldn't find him to ask where it was so we got another server, usually I would never bother another server, but a lost debit card is kind of a big deal. Your Southside Indianapolis restaurant location took a celebratory situation and attempted to make it horrible one for 2 families. We live on the Northside and decided we would visit establishments closer to the club where our children participate. Thanks for reminding me why I should NOT have given Scotty's the effort to even think it would be different than my last visit. Your Southport staff was horrible. We had an awesome sever named Marie! We told her we were from ohio and didn’t know anything about the food so she went through the whole menu by memory... that was impressive! We wanted to recognize her, so when her manager came over, I kind of got the vibe that he didn’t really care... I mean she deserved more than just a “we’re glad to have her response” because her service was excellent! We saw him roll his eyes a couple times and that was just a turn off! The Bayou Penne Pasta was awesome
I ordered a side of baked beans with my sandwich. i received about 1/4 of the side. This is what it looked like when I opened the container.
We decided to try this place after our other place we usually go to closed because like the other it’s extremely close to our house but Food was ok ... drinks was ok .. but that margaritas was awesome just to small 5 bucks c mon on put it in a bigger glass .. the white chocolate cookie thingie was very good service was good .... but we will continue our search for our new place “not it “ give it a try
