Excellent motorhome and a truly wonderful team. A heartfelt thank you to Dawn for his remarkable kindness, availability and valuable recommendations for our road trip. The whole team was delightful… with the unfortunate exception of the front desk manager, who was surprisingly rude, dismissive and thoroughly unprofessional. The contrast was so extreme we genuinely wondered if we had stepped into a different company. Major water-system issues and poor briefing — trip derailed I rented a campervan from Perth(not Edinburgh) for whisky distillery tours. At handover I did not receive clear instructions about the water system or any warnings in the booklet. I recorded the entire handover on video. The other morning the water wouldn’t run, so we couldn’t shower and lost our entire morning trying to fix it. Très bonne expérience! Nous avons été très contents du service client, nous avons eu plein de conseils en amont pour préparer au mieux notre voyage et notre itinéraire. L'équipe de Scottish Tourer est très réactive et agréable. Nous avons récupéré le camping car (Lewis) sans difficulté, avec la possibilité de venir nous chercher avec une navette à la gare de Perth.
