After reading all the bad reviews I figured I would say my piece. The staff for patriots landing have always been extremely helpful and any maintenance issues I have had have been taken care of quickly. Overall living on base is great!
They are tearing down the parks to "improve" housing!

They greeted us with excellent customer service and provided an in-depth tour of our residential home. I cannot express enough the staff's CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Truly amazing !! It's okay. It's old, compact, and slammed next to the next person. That being said, you're close to work. Preferred living off base, more bang for buck and away from the train.
