We have lived here for 7 years.. we have always enjoyed living on base until recently. I've had an issue with a neighbor that didn't get fixed after several phone calls still isn't. Also our dogs were just recently attacked by a pit bull (banned breed on base) and the housing lady (kellie) had the nerve to tell me they don't have a protocol or she didn't know what the protocol was for a lose dog attacking other dogs.
Gave me the wrong key for my daughters party . Now we sitting here looking at each other in the front room.
No one ever has the same answer to a question. No one communicates or follows through with anything....
Found out that the air filter in our home hadn't been changed since 07/2015 called to get a filter and ask why it hadn't been changed right before we moved in they said they tried to get all filters changed but unfortunately due to labor issues they weren't able to do so! Not the only issue I have had either several other issues including water pouring out of our kitchen ceiling when our master bathroom was used they said that that's a common issue in these houses ��� very disappointed
