Severely disappointed in the cost of utilities now. We used to receive money back for conserving energy, but lately we've been getting bills in the upper $70 range... There has been no difference in the way we conserve energy from last year. What exactly is our full BAH going to? I understand we have a roof over our heads, but it makes no sense for us to have to pay out more for utilities if we didn't use more energy than what was previously covered.
Not worth living on base anymore. Utility allowances are a joke. 100% of your BAH sucked right of your pay check is about all they seem to be able to do consistently
